Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all authentication certificates or promotional materials provided.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
