Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination, and all shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and bespoke commissions are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I get my ring resized after purchase?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most rings within 60 days of purchase. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, cannot be resized due to their structural integrity.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. Scott’s Jewellers is committed to ethical sourcing. All our diamonds are conflict-free and compliant with the Kimberley Process, and our gemstones are sourced from reputable suppliers who adhere to strict labor standards.
Does my purchase include a warranty?
Every piece from Scott’s Jewellers comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship, though it does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
